Join top Irish rugby players for mental wellbeing discussion

RugbyIf rugby is your passion and you are interested in mental wellbeing why not join players Jack McGrath, Hannah Tyrrell and Marcus Horan for Tackle Your Feelings panel discussion in Lansdowne Rugby Club in Dublin on October 12th.

Leinster Prop Jack McGrath who is an ambassador for the Tackle Your Feelings campaign has recently told his personal story about the impact of his brother’s death by suicide.

Irish International Hannah Tyrrell has described her struggle with self-harm and bulimia.

Ireland and Munster rugby legend Marcus Horan will MC the event.  Dr Eddie Murphy, the psychologist on RTE’s Operation Transformation and Tackle Your Feelings advisor, will also be part of the panel discussion offereing practical advices on how to proactively manage mental wellbeing.

The Tackle Your Feelings event, organised by the Irish Rugby Players Association (IRUPA) in partnership with Zurich is free of charge but you must reserve your place.  Places are limited so early booking is advised.
