This ‘January Journey into Mindful Yoga’ with Riana, provides the time and space to step into your new year with inspiration and intention. Our practice begins with mindful meditation, breath awareness and gentle energising before transitioning into the physical practice of yoga to explore the balance of gentle strength as we meet our challenges and potential. We complete our ‘January Journey’ by immersing in the stillness of an iRest Yoga Nidra guided meditation and deep relaxation to emerge refreshed and renewed with heart open to new possibilities.
