The Mindful Way Through Cancer is a four week course on Tuesday Evenings. It will run from August 6th -27th 2019.
Has your life been impacted by cancer? In the past? Now? Worry and uncertainty about the future? It can be a difficult time, even years afterwards to work through these struggles. The Sanctuary is here to offer a space to explore a mindful path through these challenging life experiences. Mindfulness has the potential to address many concerns including uncertainty about the future, stress, low mood, anger, unpleasant physical symptoms such as fatigue, pain, and sleep disturbance. This four week course will explore these areas.
