Throughout the year these half-days provide an opportunity to nurture and strengthen the energy of mindfulness and the practice of meditation in the company of others through sitting and walking meditation. As mindful eating, a core mindfulness practice, is an integral part of the day, please bring a snack.
Who this is for: Suitable for beginners and those who have experience of mindfulness.
About the facilitator: The Mindfulness Half Day facilitators rotate from session to session, allowing for diversity and inclusivity. All facilitators are trained in mindfulness and meditation and give workshops at the Sanctuary on a regular basis.
*For beginners- Practices may be shorter with more structured guiding.
**For those with experience- Practices may be longer with more silence.
