Mindful half day for absolute beginners and those just beginning to develop a practice.
Throughout the year these half-days provide an opportunity to nurture and strengthen the energy of mindfulness and the practice of meditation in the company of others through sitting and walking meditation, all in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Sanctuary garden.
About the facilitator: The Mindfulness Half Day facilitators rotate from session to session, allowing for diversity and inclusivity. All facilitators are trained in mindfulness and meditation and give workshops at the Sanctuary on a regular basis.
